As a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Facilitator, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to navigate change, foster healing, and reconnect with a deeper sense of their body and self through embodied healing.

A counselling approach that integrates evidence-based therapies, including the somatic modalities of TCTSY and body-based mindfulness techniques with talk therapies drawing on contemporary grief, attachment and trauma theories to support embodied healing and reconnection to mind, body, and self.
