You must provide at least 48 business hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, excluding weekends and public holidays. Failure to give proper notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the session rate.
Missed appointments without notice will also be charged the full session fee.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in the cancellation of the session, with the full fee charged.
For relationship therapy, all participants are required to attend each session unless prior arrangements have been made. If all participants do not attend, the appointment will be cancelled, and a late cancellation fee will apply.
IMPORTANT: Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy; you assume full responsibility for any fees related to missed appointments.

Yes, counselling ruptures do occur.
Therapy is a constructive experience, but it can be equally challenging. These challenging instances don't necessarily require an end to our therapeutic relationship. While I seek feedback regularly, your (or your partner's) satisfaction and comfort are significant. If you feel dissatisfied or uncomfortable at any point during therapy, I welcome you to share your feelings. I encourage you to provide me feedback if - (a) I need to change my approach or (b) you can provide me an insight into what's causing difficulty in opening up. As your receptive therapist, your feedback will inform me and help us shape our sessions accordingly.
If you decide to terminate therapy, I request you provide me with a constructive and a reason for termination. It's a reflection of our journey together and an opportunity for growth.
There is no charge for this, and I truly welcome your feedback.
